Palm Beach Country Estates

Palm Beach Country Estates is a family-friendly community that is well-known for its large lots, custom homes, and quiet atmosphere. Homes for sale in Palm Beach Country Estates are situated on a minimum 1.25 acres and, since each estate is custom-built, no two homes are alike. Residents appreciate the pride in ownership, privacy, and the freedom that exists from no homeowners’ association fees. As an added bonus, the community is zoned for the areas top-rated schools, which include Marsh Pointe Elementary School (near the exquisite Mirasol Country Club), Independence Middle School (in Jupiter’s Abacoa) and Dwyer High School (in Palm Beach Gardens). Nearby private school options include The Benjamin School and Jupiter Christian School. Real estate in Palm Beach Country Estates has increased dramatically since the nearby development of Jupiter Abacoa, Alton, Florida Atlantic University, Scripps Research Institute, and the extension of I-95. Many homes in Palm Beach Country Estates were designed for horse owners and feature Equestrian facilities. Original homes were built in the 1970s, but new construction home sites are still an option for those wishing to build their own home. Currently, the community has more than 1300 existing homes and more than 100 lots available for purchase.

Located at the end of Donald Ross Boulevard, this quiet community has not lost its sense of peaceful living. While more shopping, dining, and civilization has highlighted the neighborhood and increased its value, residents are quick to point out that they are still “country.” With no homeowners association or deed restrictions, homeowners are free to use the land as they wish. However, the Donald Ross Landowner Association requests a $35 donation to maintain the entrance and support a few of the annual events. Typically, there are about 10 homes on each street, and these homeowners decide for themselves if they want to share the cost for things such as a paved street. The community uses septic tanks and, while Jupiter city water is available, many residents prefer to use their own well water.

With the substantial growth in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, the secret is out about tranquil Palm Beach Country Estates!
